The app is trying to promote certain places to the users, however the users have trouble navigating these promotions and finding the offers.

Project background
A company offering geo mapping services to other apps is starting its business in Japan. To improve the service provided to the client and the end users we are to propose improvements that can be made.
In this case I will share some of the proposal we made to improve the experience. The areas I touched were in the display of the maps, the POI pins (Point of Interest) and the client's app as well.

For this project I analyzed the user behavior and drew out the pain points.
We proposed non invasive solutions to the client such as improving on the information architecture, visual elements and cutting process steps which reduced the UX.
