My Work Flow is multi dimensional and
iterative rather than static and one directional
Empathise
To acquire a connection and
deeper understanding of the
user I conduct interviews and
surveys gathering vital information.
Define
With the data gathered, I try to draw out the problems and challenges of the users.
Ideate
Keeping the defined problem
statement in the center, I use various ideation techniques such as user flow diagrams, card selection, affinity diagrams, etc.
Prototype
I proceed to create the low and high fidelity prototype screens and animations which give more accurate results in the testing phase.
Test
I give the users variants of the design solution and observe how they interact with the system. It is also in this phase that I collect data for the final design solution.
